Agnes CsernusAerial Yoga is a perfect combination of relaxation, physical training, creativity and a little bit of challenge.
The most obvious benefit of practicing Aerial Yoga is improving and maintaining flexibility and muscular strength in general and keeping the spine healthy at any age. It helps a lot with finding and keeping balance mentally and emotionally for everyone whose mind is open for mindfulness and meditation, even without any previous experiences.
When I first met Aerial Yoga, I fell in love immediately with the playfulness of this yoga style, the regular practice helped me out of the constant back pain and gave me the joy of finding new goals and challenges again and again which started to give me a balance in all the fields of my life.
My aim is to deliver the same benefits to those who are open to it.
